Time for Africa recognised at the Global South Maritime Heritage Summit.

Time for Africa Foundation received the Global South Sustainability Award at the 2025 summit, held at the House of Lords in London. Its technology partner, Smartware Innovations, received the Global South Technological Innovation Award.

The recognition brought attention to a partnership combining digital technology with community development. The organisation’s announcement highlighted work across energy access, healthcare, environmental protection and food security.

For TFA, these areas share a common purpose: supporting communities through practical solutions that consider both livelihoods and the environment.
