Meet Time for Africa Inc.

Empowering Africa’s future through sustainable development, inclusive finance, and locally driven resilience.

We pledge to create long-lasting, transformative impact across Africa by empowering communities through sustainable development and innovative, inclusive financing models.

Starting with a focused country-level approach, Time for Africa works to accelerate economic resilience, social progress, and environmental sustainability, leveraging blended finance and strategic partnerships to unlock opportunities for all.

Our Story

Brought together by the Cambridge EMBA program, a handful of professionals from different corners of the world have slowly become something more than classmates. What began as project groups and case discussions has grown into a circle of trust, built on a shared belief in Africa’s potential and a commitment to lead through service rather than status.

From the beaches and policy labs of Hainan, to the innovation hubs and villages of Nigeria, to the buzzing streets of Singapore, each journey has become a living classroom in service leadership. The team has sat with local entrepreneurs, farmers, teachers and health workers, not just to present ideas but to ask what support they truly need. Long flights, late-night conversations and honest debates have turned group assignments into shared purpose, and classmates into co-founders willing to hold each other accountable to the values they speak about.

Today, that trust is the backbone of their work together. United by a desire to advance education, agriculture, healthcare and more across the continent, they are focused on practical ways to create fairer opportunities, especially for women and young people. In every new city they visit, they return to the same grounding question: how can this experience help them serve African communities with integrity, earn their trust, and build impact that endures long after the flight home?

What We Value

We value sustainability and gender equality as the foundation of everything we do, believing that Africa’s long-term prosperity depends on how well we protect the planet and ensure that women and men can contribute equally to its future.

Our projects are designed to create climate-smart, resilient solutions in education, agriculture and healthcare, always asking how each decision impacts both people and the environment over generations. We commit to elevating women’s leadership and economic participation, building teams and partnerships where power, opportunities and resources are shared fairly.
